I was meaning to watch World War Z, because of rave reviews from some friends.
I ended up watching White House Down, instead.

Wala nang WWZ, wala na ring The Heat sa Al Ghurair...
so...yallah! Channing Tatum it is...

hindi nakatulog si Melinda. hahahah!

Watched Fame the Musical with Jeanette, Chinkee, Kevin, Pam, and Anizon...

As Chinkee said, maybe we expected too much...(kasi Fame, yun eh)
How did I put it...
'Twas like the kids who played in the musical went for a summer drama classes...
and that musical was their graduation act... haayyys...

The only saving grace...

Furhter research today revealed she was from Star In A Million Contest and she won 2nd place.
Sabi pa ni Del, apo siya ni Sylvia Latorre.. tha's why she's so magaling...

Stargate Episode 2

It's more of the night as a whole and not within the premises of Stargate per se.

I am  so overwhelmed with the blessing of friendship...
Our relationship with one another was renewed...
We're starting anew...now with a different perspective...
Minus the mind sets, less of the preconceived notions about 'leading'

Basta...
Can't simply translate into words the wonders dispalyed by last night's revelations.

Realization:
They know deep in their heart Who they belong to...
They may seem to be taking a different route towards reaching Him...
but they know they want to reach Him...
slowly but surely, their baggages little by little are being surrendered to the Lord...
in the end< He will right all wrongs...
A night full of meaning...
praise You, Oh Lord

Stargate Theme Park - Zabeel Park

Finally, after how many months of  drooling (yuck!) over other peep's Stargate Experience...I made it to the Stargate Galaxy! Wipeee!

Did I enjoy the 'rides?'  Naaahhh...

1st Stop
We went to the Earth's Roller Coaster...Octopus-style pala yung technique niya...
I thought I was gonna throw up...
Verdict : Hindi na ako uulit!

Next Stop
Saturn's 3D Cinema
We asked the crew what's the best movie to watch, we can choose na kasi kami na huling customers for the night.
3D Turtle daw...okay, go!
Verdict : Hindi na rin ako uulit...
Puro underwater scene pala siya... (toinks, hindi mo naisip, eh turtle nga)
I thought I'd faint dahil sa lunod....sensha, partly hydrophobic...

Come to think of it...i did not enjoy any of the rides...
But what made it worth my while...
I spent it with Lanny, Pay, and Ivy...
We were laughing, shouting, teasing and making fun of each other...
The irony of it all, huh...
I realized, when you're in good company...it protects your spirit from  being dampened...
Never mind the rides...deep within you are enjoying the journey!

After office, diretso nako sa Emarat.
Itinerary: Change Oil, Car Wash, Full Tank, Salik. Whew!
Went home to pickup Ate and coerce *winks* Gina to come with us.
Fish Market : (Fresh)  Alimasag, Pusit, Halaan. (Future) Yum, Yum!
On our way home, we decided we'll just have dinner sa Grill Corner
Grill Corner : Sisig, Bulalo, Grilled Hammour.  Tsalap!
I don't know what happened to my tummy that it suddenly ached.
I quickly went upstairs to our house to relive myself of the discomfort.
After that, I found myself dozing off in my bed right away.

Fri
Great morning.  Woke up feeling light and happy.
Took a bath and went to church for the 715AM mass.
Went for confession, too.
Upon arriving home, cooked the alimasag, halaan and marinated the pusit.
Prepared my slides for the talk and had brunch.
Drove to Chapter B1 Lord's Day (lunch break nila...)
Wala ako inabutan na pangyayari...hihihihih...
Went to Chapter B3 SW2...hindi pa tapos healing ni Tita, wait lang.
Good thing, I was with Bhe, Gracie and Mamu.
Lunch Break for B3 came when another Tita approcahed me if I can give way to her talk.
Ok.  I'll be the last speaker.
Had Sundae Hot Fudge at McDo to while away the time.
My turn to give the talk.
Can't find the right words to describe the feeling...
After the talk, pick up Che and head to the mission house.
Nakitulog kami sa bahay ng mga Virays at Serranos.
Woke up to a Marian-Dingdong movie.
Dinner c/o Mommy Chammy: Miswa with Tuna Balls. Nom! Nom!
Movie Overload. Percy Jackson and the Olympians

Finally nakaramdam ng pagod *winks* at almost 130AM...

slept as soon as I got home...
woke up to meet Tito Paul
intimate dinner with Gina Babes (intimate, huh?!) heheheh...

at hindi na pde idugtong ang Sunday d2...
sobra dami nangyari...
i'll allot one whole blog for it...
